Overview

Due to the nature of our products—digital courses and downloadable educational resources—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a course or digital item has been purchased and accessed.

Digital goods are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or accessed due to their immediate availability and intangible form

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Online courses and e-learning modules
  • Downloadable educational resources (eBooks, PDFs, lesson plans)
  • Subscription-based content once accessed
  • Discounted or promotional sale items

Exceptional Refund Consideration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a user account. You are responsible foa

Refund requests will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The course or product was never accessed or downloaded, and a request is made within 48 hours of purchase

  • There is a verified technical issue that prevents the user from accessing the content and cannot be resolved by our support team

To file a request, users must send an email to: learn@excelschools.edu.in within 48 hours of the transaction. The request must include:

  • Order number

  • Registered name and email address

  • A detailed explanation of the issue with screenshots (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 48 hours, or without valid reasoning, will not be entertained.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Transaction fees, if applicable, may be deducted.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes raised without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in immediate account suspension.
